What is a mystery blind bag?
A mystery blind bag contains a surprise collectible PVC figure — you won't know which character you'll get until you open it! Collect them all to complete your set.
Can I collect all characters in a series?
Absolutely! Each blind bag series features multiple characters to collect. Keep unboxing to discover new surprises and complete your full set. Check our product pages to see which characters are available in each series.
What materials are the figures made of?
Our collectible figures are made from high-quality PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), which is durable and safe.
What size are the collectible figures?
Sizes vary by product. Most figures are approximately 6cm tall. Please check individual product pages for exact dimensions.
Q: “Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?”
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 8-15 business days. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we'll make it right.
