Destinations

The United States is the tentative initial market. Actual availability is determined at checkout. If no method appears for an address, delivery is unavailable at that time. A fixed list of other countries is not currently published.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 3 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, carrier conditions, and other circumstances outside our control. Any available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when tracking is available.

Charges and Free Shipping

We do not currently offer or promise a general free-shipping threshold. Available shipping charges are shown before payment and may vary by destination, weight, product, warehouse, and carrier.

Split Shipments and Tracking

An order may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate packages on different dates. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. Monitor tracking and arrange receipt when required.

Addresses

Check the name, address, postal code, and contact details before ordering. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery, or an unclaimed package may be charged or deducted where lawful.

Import Duties and Customs Fees

Unless expressly collected at checkout, import duties, VAT, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees, and other destination charges are not included and are paid by the customer. We will not declare an order as a gift or understate its value.

Restricted, Lost, or Refused Shipments

Restricted products may require special methods or be unavailable. If tracking stalls or a package appears lost, contact us for review and possible carrier investigation. Refunds for refused, unclaimed, or duty-unpaid shipments may deduct nonrecoverable shipping, return, customs, and handling costs where lawful.
